[OpenAFS] OpenAFS server on SuSE 8.2

poeml@cmdline.net on suse-linux-e pointed me here when I was having some
trouble:

ftp://bubi.poeml.de/pub/packages/openafs/

These worked better for me than the 1.2.8 packages, but then they weren't
signed by build@suse.
