[OpenAFS] Moving DB servers to new hardware

I am about to move our 4 DB machines from RS/6000/AIX to X86/Linux.  The
method I plan to use is to shutdown one DB server at a time, and build
its replacement one at a time, same name and IP address.  CellServDB
should not be affected.  Is this the prescribed method?  Any pitfalls? 
Will there be any client issues?  TIA for any help.
