So now I want to remove the mountpoint too...right ?

I issued :
fs rmmount /afs/afsserv.depauw.edu/home/dutch

but "it" complains and says :
fs: You can not change a backup or readonly volume

fs rmmount is the way to get rid of a mountpoint in the homedirectory...right ?
