[OpenAFS] ssh binary builds

Thanks man, but apparently I'm not getting my tokens.. I did a diff on the
patched code and openssh 3.6 and it looks like there is some missing token
code in sshd.c.
But these binaries are still better than what I have (when I compile and
run them, I usually get a core dump, although I got in once, which makes
me think that there are some incompatable library issues somewhere).
