[OpenAFS] ssh binary builds

No problems with your binaries, but I still can't get tokens from your
binaries.  After looking at your sshd_config, I still can't figure it
out..
I think I figured out the problem with our binaries.., I wasn't compiling
in afs into the openssl code.
