[OpenAFS] Daily build 1.3.7001 error?

I am running the daily build 1.3.7001 with KfW 2.6.4 on XPsp1 fully 
patched.

System was running and authenticating file to AFS space last night.  Went 
home, with system logged out.  Came in this AM to log in, and got a 60sec 
or longer pause on blue screen, with an eventual popup of:

KTC_PIOCTLFAIL (0x650304)
(ktc_setToken()failed)

Any clarification as to what that might be?  Nothing was showing up in 
event log.
