[OpenAFS] How to remove a volume that can't be removed?

Hi,

there is volume on one of my fileservers (linux,OpenAFS-1.2.11,namei-server)
that can't be removed. I can 'vos zap' it but after 'bos salvage' it reappears
as 'bogus.536872011' which is always Off-Line.
Is there a way to remove it permanently?
