[OpenAFS] How to remove a volume that can't be removed?

I do get EEXIST in a few places:

close(6)
I don't imagine that one matters much. I get one for each partition. Outside
of that, there are no further EEXIST in the strace output, which is available
at ftp://sukrahelitek.com/users/dative/strace.out.
