    It's far easier to create an AFS group and add the webserver's IP to 
it, then add ACLs for that group as neeed.  Assuming all you want to do 
is just be able to access files in AFS that is.  It does admitidly leave 
anyone with access to the webserver with ability to access parts of AFS 
without credentials.
