[OpenAFS] CD? What CD?

OK, that seems to be the missing puzzle piece  ... that command is 
nowhere in the HTML docs ... (only in the README ... under "upgrading 
from previous version") :/

like e.g. the init.d/afs script ... not in the "dest" hierarchy, either 
... anyway, got that one from the RPM ...
