[OpenAFS] openafs kernel-source and 2.4.20

I had a kernel symbols problem with SuSE. The afs ./configure script =
looks
for the kernel symbols. It was resolved it by making the kernel. The
headers are generated by the kernel's .configure script followed by at =
least
a make dep.

Beware of any default directory patch files that might conflict with
./configure settings.

Hmm. It should work; you may need to tell it where your specific
kernel headers are, but the code is the same.
