[OpenAFS] offsite backup

I've read all of the replies to this, but I have to ask ... how come this
user wants to do this?  It seems rather the opposite of what you really want
to do (which I guess is the reason there aren't any good tools to do it
currently).  I mean, don't you back up the data at your site?
