[OpenAFS] getdcache error

Hi,

I'm having problems with a solaris 2.6 host running an OpenAFS 1.2.10 
client. It occassionally crashes the box whenever I'm working with files on 
AFS. The only error message I've been able to find is:

getdcachepanic[cpu2]/thread=0xb9e54c80: getdcache

The process grep shows:

Is there anything I can do to debug this or get it fixed?
