[OpenAFS] how to upgrade to 1.3.x ?

Its easy to check but I've never seen that behavior in 6 years.

Am I missing something about localhost? Its not in any CellServDB files.

maybe you have on of that f***** up suse installations
which registers its hostname in /etc/hosts to 127.0.0.2 ?
