[OpenAFS] Problem with Upgrade of Open AFS Windows XP

Hello,

	I tried to upgrade to openafs verson 1.3.5299.  However, I have
run into serveral problems.  The main problem is I can not change the
Volume Location Server preferences.  Secondarily, I can not log onto a AFS
cell.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
