[OpenAFS] NTFS vs OpenAFS ACL

ist the OpenAFS ACL implementation fully compatible with the NTFS 5 ?
(Any restrictions etc)

Are there any performance comparison between NTFS and OpenAFS.
(I can't find anything on google nor on mailinglists)
