It turns out that this is the key to getting OpenAFS 1.2.11 to compile,
load and function correctly for amd64_linux24 on SuSE 9.0/x86_64. The
CFLAGS from my Makefile were not being used for the build of the kernel
module. I've created several files within AFS with success and no loss of
tokens or Oops.
