[OpenAFS] Problem with Upgrade of Open AFS Windows XP

Jeff,
I am using the interface change the server preferences. I
failed to mention earlier that I am using Open AFS client for Windows
XP. I checked the afsdcell.ini file, and the file servers are listed
correctly in that file.
There is another thing I did not mention earlier that I have
noticed. The AFS client does not appear to be getting tokens. When I try
to log into the AFS client I receive the error: "The AFS Client was unable
to obtain tokens as username in cell your cell Error: 11862791 (AFS
service may not have started)". The AFS daemon has been started on the
machine I am using. These problems may be related. Thanks for you
suggestions.
