[OpenAFS] 1.3.64 kernel extensions crash AIX 5.1

I compiled 1.3.64 under AIX 5.1. If I start the client, the kernel extensions 
get loaded and /afs is mounted. But each attempt to acess a file in AFS 
crahes the system immediately. Only "ls /afs" is possible.

If I replace the kernel extensions by the extensions provided by Hartmut 
Reuter client and server work in my test environment. His OpenAFS client is 
even in production here in Freiburg for several weeks without any problems.
