[OpenAFS] Help needed: Revovering AFS volume after filesystem crash

This indicates that there is no data left in the volume, not even a root
directory. Presumably, there is nothing in the voldir other than the
'special' directory. If that is the case, you need to delete the volume
with  vos and re-create it. If there are other files in the voldir, then I
don't know what the problem is.
