[OpenAFS] afsrpc_c.c error on win build

I'm sorry, you have not provided enough information.
Which release of OpenAFS are you attempting the build?
Only the 1.3.5x releases are supported for VS.NET 2003 and only when you
configure the ntbuild.bat file to use the 1310 compiler.
