[OpenAFS] VOL create failed

The "Couldn't get CPS" message means that the fileserver cannot =
communicate
with the ptserver.  Until that is fixed, the volume server cannot
communicate with the fileserver.  Have you restarted everything since =
fixing
the /etc/hosts problem?

This is the output of BosLog and FileLog. I cleared all logs and then=20
re-run ``vos create .....'':
