[OpenAFS] (no subject)

Helo
I have installed openafs on debian 3.0, everything runs great untill I
tried start afsd, i had these errors.
>afsd: All AFS daemons started.
>afsd: Can't mount AFS on /afs(22)
(/afs is already created on disk.)
Debian openafs installation  is little different from the others, config files were
installed in different directories and nowhere in the internet i couldn't found correct documentation, and i have a lot of troubles to set it up correctly.
Does anyone know what these erros means and how to solve this problem ?
