3575203 is not less than 3572204.
A good rule of thumb (and the one used by the startup scripts to compute 
cache size if you ask for it to be set automatically) is to configure the 
cache size to be no more than 80% of the size of the cache partition.  So 
here, you should use a number like 3010000.
