[OpenAFS] OpenAFS-1.3.62 on Windows with gssklog

For any of you who have been using gssklog, on Windows,
I have a version that will work with 1.3.62
If you try this, let me know if it works as expected. 

It can be found at 
ftp://achilles.ctd.anl.gov/pub/DEE/gssklog-0.10a-1.3.6200.run.zip

I will be releasing new source that matches this in a few days.
