[OpenAFS] NOCM Error on 20040508

I tried out the recent daily build in order to get the drive mapping
dialog fix.  The global mapping dialog worked.  The NOCM error that I had
before 1.3.6300 seems to have been reborn in this daily build.  I have
reverted to 1.3.6300.

If it's the same problem, then Jeff has already fixed it in 1.3.6300.  I
just wanted to warn you that the problem has recurred.  If it's a new
problem, then I will look into it more deeply.  I would hate to see this
crop up in the next release, hence my message.

Recall that I am using an MIT KDC exclusively and successfully now for
both Windows and AFS authentication.

I hope I am not adding comfusion.  I have been through a bazillion
iterations in the past six months.
