Which is working - tokens were there after I logged in. Nice to know
something is working properly :)

It's not dying atm, just, well, not working. afsd_init.log is showing:

11/05/2004 03:07:08: smb_Init
11/05/2004 03:12:04: New session(ncb_lsn,ncb_lana_num) (1,6) starting
from host TOHYA, 0 ongoing ops
11/05/2004 03:12:04: increasing numNCBs [ 6 ] numSessions [ 2 ]
11/05/2004 03:15:01: in cm_GetCell_gen cm_SearchCellFile(desktop.ini)
returns code= -3 fullname=

As the last few entries after I try to access an AFS mount. afsd.log
doesn't seem to exist. when I try to access it I'm also getting a
dialog pop up that says:

	I:\ is not accessible.
The system cannot find message text for message number 0x in the
message file for I:\.

I:\ is mapped to /afs/jm-crowther.co.uk/ (which I know for a fact is
working), D:\ will show jm-crowther.co.uk when I go into it (it's
mapeped to /afs) but if I try to enter the cell directory, it gives the
same error as trying to access it via I:\
