[OpenAFS] Many partitions: How?

It's pretty easy: Just name it /vicepb, /vicepc etc.

No, the name is implicit. First partition is "a" or vicepa, second is
"b" and so on.

Just make /vicepb available (you probably need to restart the fileserver
and or vlserver, but I'm not sure), then "vos addsite" a replica on the
new partition.
