Hi,

As i posted on my new message, what i want to do is:

- Use SMB for windows accounts
- Use AFS for linux accounts
- Use AFS automount for mounting SMB accounts....
- Use the same password files in both servers...
- The automount "maps" should be provided by LDAP

Is it explicit enough or do you need further explanations?

Thanks for you attention

You could specify "add LDAP & SMB to OpenAFS".
What do you want to do ?

- export AFS via SMB ?
- run SMB instead of AFS ?
- do you want to put your users in LDAP instead of using a /etc/passwd ?
