The CellServDB files seem to be ok.
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 114 Jul 22 10:10 /usr/vice/etc/CellServDB
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 73 Nov 13 12:02 /usr/afs/etc/CellServDB
