[OpenAFS] client xxx already had conn ..., stolen by client xxx

Hi 

a file server running OpenAFS 1.2.13  standard sun4x_58 on a SUNW,Ultra-250 has
crashed twice within 24 hours after my return from the LISA conference. 
(Is this maybe a file server's way to say "hello"?)

No hint in /var/adm/messages or syslog
No core :^((
Nothing in the 2 attached A1000 RAID5 Arrays 

Just a few of these in FileLog:

Sun Nov 21 21:51:43 2004 FindClient: client a08cd0(6fe8264) already had conn
a0d848 (host nnnnnnn), stolen by client a08cd0(6fe8264)

Also, fsck (still OpenAFS 1.2.11) ran about 3h for approx. 350 GB on the
RAID-boxes. Salvaging 5500 volumes also takes a while. 

Any idea where I can look is very much appreciated.
