[OpenAFS] corruption problems

i can't say this sounds at all familiar, but, something that might be 
useful is on the fileserver, with a modern tcpdump, run
tcpdump -vv -s 1500 port 7000 and host (whatever client you'll use)

and let this run. it'd be useful to see what rpcs go by.
