hello all,=0A=0Ai am getting problem with afs client on red hat linux 8.0 (=
kernel version is 2.4.18-14) .=0A=0Awhen i run 'service afs start ' with se=
rver and client option " ON " in =0A" /etc/sysconfig/afs " , the command ge=
tting hanged.=0A=0Ait only starting server and unable to start the client.=
=0A=0Athe output is : afs lost contact with file server ( all multihome ip =
address down for server).=0A=0Abut i can ping the server with its ip addres=
s and so its network is working perfectly.=0A=0Ai also did the following.=

y server option "ON" in " /etc/sysconfig/afs " file.=0A=0A2. then i used " =
