[OpenAFS] Cannot move volumes between two fileservers

19270408 (rxk).8 = ticket contained unknown key version number

KeyFiles don't match across servers, maybe?

willie claims no remote servers; the server CellServDB must be wrong on 
willie.

willie doesn't know about homer, and so is "down"

It doesn't seem ok for it, and that's what matters; Self-compiled 
binaries? Is that actually where it's looking for the CellServDB?
