Yes, those are valid.  The entries are:

 >acpub.duke.edu      # Duke University
152.3.233.4     #clarke.acpub.duke.edu
152.3.233.5     #delany.acpub.duke.edu
152.3.233.6     #ellison.acpub.duke.edu
152.3.233.58     #jordan.acpub.duke.edu

The first 3 are db servers, and the 4th (jordan) is one of our kerberos 
servers that is running ka-forwarder.
