[OpenAFS] Need an update on 1.3.71 Win and Linux

If klog doesn't work on the Linux server, no sense trying the windows
version.

If you did not install MIT Kerberos for Windows then Kerberos 5 is not used
and kauth is.

If you did install MIT Kerberos for Windows and you do not need it for
anything else; uninstall it.

If you did install MIT Kerberos for Windows and you do need it for something
else; then read the "registry.txt" file and set the appropriate registry
value to disable KFW support.  The "registry.txt"
file is located on the same page you downloaded the installer from.
