Insmod for the 1.3.81 generated libafs-2.6.8.24.18-smp.ko generates an unknown symbol error. The SuSE 9.2 built in 1.3.70-3 afs kernel module seems to work fine. It looks like there are enough changes in libafs to warrant building a new kernel? This would require building the kernel with CONFIG_AFS_FS=n and moving or linking the 1.3.81 libafs into the appropriate /lib/modules/whatever. tedc
