[OpenAFS] Problems with client on IP35 IRIX 6.5 system

I have a user who can't get the kernel module for OpenAFS 1.2.13 to load
on an IP35 system.  This is the first IP35 system that I've had to deal
with, and I don't know how to solve the problem.

ml returns an error about unresolved symbols, and syslog reports:

Apr  7 14:25:25 4A:loop unix: |$(0x709)WARNING:
/usr/vice/etc/sgiload/libafs.IP35.nonfs.o: symbol BHV_IS_BHVL not found

He is using the binaries downloaded from the OpenAFS web site.  Anyone
have any ideas?
