Hi List-
No problems that are influencing me with 1.3.81, and although it may be
a bit premature (only a day of operation) I thought I'd mention that the
problems that I've reported on this list with 1.3.80 (in particular
about running client code on i386_linux26 platform causing errors like
this one:
*** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0xb7c9c010 ***
seem to be completely eliminated with 1.3.81.
I'm happy to say that I now have an MIT Kerberos Realm and OpenAFS cell
integrated with Ken Hornstein's afs-kerberos migration kit and running
the following code on multiple instances of the following unique setups:
1.2.11 client & server on i386_linux24 (SuSE 9.0 with custom kernel)
1.2.13 client & server on i386_linux24 (Gentoo)
1.3.81 client & server on i386_linux26 (Gentoo)
1.3.81 client & server on ppc_linux26 (Gentoo)
latest stable OSX client binaries
latest stable Windows binaries on Win2kp, WinXPH, WinXPP
I haven't done any serious testing, but everything seems to work.
Many thanks and compliments on my part to all the developers!
