[OpenAFS] pam module not built by default in 1.3.81

Hi!

I've just noticed that the pam-Module isn't built by default with 1.3.81.

In previous versions it's build was triggered indirectly because of
allrcmds -> rlogind -> login -> pam.

Maybe pam should be added directly to finale_nolibafs now?
