Is it still necessary that /vicepa be a separate partition dedicated to AFS? I'm about to experiment with AFS and I'd prefer to share free space with a large existing data partition. This is on linux, so I gather that there's no problem with the underlying file system/fsck. Are there other reasons that /vicepa needs to be on a separate partition? Thanks, Brendan
