[OpenAFS] OpenAFSforWindows-1-3-8100.exe

Hello,

I installed/updated the new windows client to 1-3-8100  But when the machine
starts the client "crashes".

When I try to start it again it gives an error code  42A and then aborts.

any suggestions ?
