[OpenAFS] User doesn't exist

Hello,

I cannot get a token as admin, I always get "Unable to authenticate to
AFS because user doesn't exist".  If I enter the wrong passwd I get the
error "Unable to authenticate to AFS because password was incorrect.".

I can list the admin user with kas and pts liste, the KeyFile matches
the admin entry for both 'kas exa admin' and 'bos listk <server>'.

One thing I noticed is that when I do kas exa admin -admin admin for a
different cell I don't get the "kas:examine: getting Authentication
token for admin@test.pictage.com.ar" line.

I use openafs-1.2.13 and RedHat-7.3
