[OpenAFS] 1.3.87 Client hangs

Except when stress testing.. Senarios that break things are needed.

It's the same as dragging and dropping from a windows client (haven't got
that far yet but the 1.3.85 Windows client didn't do so well).

Again, there was no problem with 1.2.11 when the volumes were originally
created from windows or when all the 1.2.11 volumes were dragged and dropped
back onto a Windows file system.

Why do you say "the best we can do"?   That is how you are supposed
to move volumes between file servers.
