[OpenAFS] MR-AFS?

So, apparently, SOMEONE :-) is telling people to contact the PSC to
get a license for MR-AFS.

Derrick is giving the correct answer.  Mail
tech-transfer@andrew.cmu.edu for the license.  Note that the license
limits you to using MR-AFS for research or educational purposes only.
