[OpenAFS] rhel3 src rpm

As I responded last time this came up, the SRPM being distributed by OpenAFS
does not match the RPM I've got on my server, where they picked it up. So as
far as I can tell, OpenAFS has a corrupted RPM. They should pull another copy
down from my server. Jeff has the URL.
