[OpenAFS] compiling OpenAFS for RHEL3.5

Oh yeah, you wanted to run the AFS server.

I don't know if the 1.2.13 server code will work on x86_64.
I've only tested the client code, which works fine.

If it doesn't work, you might be able to use the i386 RPMs for 
openafs-server and openafs, and use the x86_64 openafs-client and 
openafs-kernel RPMs. I'm not sure.
