[OpenAFS] Cache file system (ext2) corruption with 1.3.84 and kernel 2.6.11.11

That's an odd choice of compilers.  I'm not saying that this is the
problem, but I thought that 2.6 generally preferred something of more the
3.3 vintage or later.
