[OpenAFS] Documentation clarification

Html and pdf docs are in 2 targz files at ftp://creedon.biz/pub. These were
created by running tth or pdflatex against the *003.tex files in the
directory structure. No changes to the .tex files are required to produce
html or pdf docments.
The README.TXT file contains instructions on how to convert the IBM.htm to
Latex. This will be removed in the future once bulk changes are no longer
required. At that time the Latex documents will be the only sources.
Plus other flavors such as POD which will require coordination to keep in
sync.
Sorry for the confusion.
