... and the whole tree gets copied into AFS every night
... and the volume is replicated (though I think autorelease is broken atm)
... and it gets dumped to tape every once in a while


That said, if someone wants to volunteer to clean things up and maybe 
monitor new user registrations and nuke the ones that look bogus, I can set 
them up with the necessary bits.
